ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card.The charge card must be in the renter’s name. Prepaid credit cards are NOT accepted.

RENTER
Written proof of liability coverage and valid driver's license is required to rent a vehicle. Insurance information and personal information will be verified.

DRIVER
Minimum Age is 21.
All drivers must have a valid driver’s license in their possession to rent a vehicle. No copies or faxed licenses will be accepted at any time. The original license must be presented and must be in the name of the driver. The renter’s driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period, with the following exception: An International Driving Permit (IDP) serves only as a translation of a valid driver’s license. An IDP must always be presented in conjunction with the official driver’s license of the issuing country. Napa Valley Grand Touring will not rent to a holder of a license that restricts them to daytime driving only or to business driving only. A learner’s permit is not accepted. A valid temporary license is accepted. Expired licenses will not be accepted.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional driver fee: $100.
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21

DRIVING AREA AND MILEAGE
All rentals come with 125 complimentary miles per day. Additional miles are subject to a $3.95 per mile fee.

Vehicles are never permitted outside of California unless specifically approved during booking.

VEHICLE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF
We offer a valet service for the vehicle to be delivered to your location or picked up from your location in close proximity to Napa, CA. A Valet Delivery surcharge of $75 applies and this service must be arranged in advance.
We understand that instances like traffic and other unforeseen circumstances may delay a timely return of your rental. As a courtesy, Napa Valley Grand Touring, will offer a one-hour grace period on all returns.

RENTAL PERIOD
All rentals from us are calculated on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise agreed to by Napa Valley Grand Touring and the renter.

FUEL POLICY
Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of premium 91-grade fuel or a fuel charge will be charged at the end of the rental.

CONTRACT RATES
If your vehicle is needed beyond the due date stated at the time of the opening of the contract, the customer MUST return to the original pickup location or arrange to meet with a Napa Valley Grand Touring representative and sign a new contract. The rate is subject to change. When a vehicle is reserved and rented, the confirmed rate is only good during that specific time period. Any extension or revision of the original reservation of any amount of time will result in a rate change. Rates are not prorated.

INSURANCE POLICIES AND SURCHARGES
All renters must provide their own full coverage insurance that covers our vehicle when it is driven by the renter. The customer may not purchase any coverages from us and must have proof of coverages with them at time of rental. We will verify coverage with your insurance company to make sure they are adequate and transferrable to our vehicles.
You must carry proof of liability insurance at all times. Napa Valley Grand Touring reserves the right to cancel reservations or rentals to any customer we deem uninsured, underinsured or otherwise unable to operate the car in a safe and legal manner, in such a situation the customer will not be charge
When renting from us, each client will receive a complete quote, including all charges, prior to their rental. Your rental price will include all state and government taxes as well as any additional mandated surcharges. If you have any questions about any charges presented to you, please feel free to contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel reservation / rental to any customer we deem uninsured, underinsured or otherwise unable to operate the car in a safe and legal manner, in such a situation the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee.
A fee equal to the vehicle's one day rental price will be charged for no shows or cancellations day of. This is non-refundable and due at the time of booking.

PROHIBITED USES
No Smoking - There is a strict No Smoking policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of our vehicles. Violation of this policy will carry a minimum penalty of $1000 or more.
Our rental vehicles may not be used:
● By anyone not licensed to drive or whose driver’s license has been suspended or restricted.
● For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity.
● To carry a person(s) or property for hire.
● In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, speed demonstration, on any race track or road course.
● To push or tow anything.
● On any unpaved surfaces, except when renting a vehicle designed to do so.
In the event of a violation of these prohibited uses, we reserve the right to end your rental and bill your insurance company and apply the security deposit for any damages to the vehicle.

TICKETS
The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges or impound costs.
